Joe will be demonstrating hot forging structural steel, tubing, angle iron, channel and more.

Candle Stick Demo
Materials: 1 1/2” x 3/4” x 3/4” channel, 5/16” rivets, 3/16” rivets
Inlay Demonstration
Materials: 1/2” x 1/2” x 1” channel 6” long, 1/4” x 1/2” x 6” copper
Tools: cross pein hammer, raw hide mallet, 1/2” hardy, 1/4” flat bottom chisel, narrow fuller
Feather Demonstration
Materials: 6’”of 3/4”x3/4” x 1/8” angle iron
Tools: Hot cut chisel, cross pein hammer, raw hide mallet
Joe has handouts for 3 projects so far… there may be even more! This is promising to be a must see demo, and a lot of fun.
