Metalfest
On July 19th at the Forge George Brewery in Astoria Oregon there will be a festival of the metal arts.
Hours: noon to 9:00 pm.
This is a call to any artist that would like to demo, sell, display their work in a great old historic building that is actually the spot where Astoria was founded.
The event is being put on to raise awareness of Clatsop Community College new blacksmithing classes coming this fall and is also a fund raiser for material and supplies. We are asking that artist bring an auction prize or donate a small percentage of sales to the new program.
