My anvil and vise sit on a concrete floor. They often move while bending metal. I made female floor anchors I epoxied in place to prevent the motion.

I took advantage of the threaded holes for attaching the wheels to further anchor the stand.

Many of the floors are made up of concrete materials, as many of the people whose belief that concrete is highly durable to water, and adapts the temperature as it changes. But I when we had a concrete flooring at the backyard , in summers, it got so hot and thus, we had to change the old floor with new one. My dad called Sacramento flooring, for the installation of the floor. The work done by them is so wonderful that we haven't faced any further problems regarding flooring then onwards.
