Gene, this issue has come up because your email address associated with your website user account is different than the email address on the official NWBA roster. The NWBA list is what I use to update web user status, running an update routine, which I do at least once a month... every time I do that your status would be demoted to simple web user not NWBA member...so you have to decide which email you want to use for both web and NWBA roster. I will email you privately to let you know which email is associated with each account
