Hello All,
My gigantic mistake when making the Hot Iron News this go round was mixing up names that begin with S.
for some insanity reason (juggling too many little details and being stupid) I saw Sam's knife had won recognition and for some reason I thought 'cool, one of our demonstrators...) I am not sure why I thought that, but it may be because in reviewing website posts I kept seeing Sam's name and face and ... well let's just face it I was mixed up.
Then when it came to editing, I guess because when I first created that little notice about sam demonstrating I didn't think to cross reference the info, anyway, when editing I was mostly making sure the spellings were correct, not the info.
SO, long story short, I made a mistake, am very sorry to have been such an airhead. I hope that not too many people are totally confused by it.
Apologies to all, especially to Sam, who will be hearing about this more than anyone else (besides me). I am not sorry that I mentioned his nice work, but sorry I spread false rumors.
