I want to thank all those involved in making the conference happen.
I got to see my old friend Gorden Williams who has turned into quite the demenstrator.
Also enjoyed Elijha's demo's and the way strikers could be utillisied. He certainally showed things that would be very difficult to do without one. Both of these guys work way too fast for me to keep up with.
I was also able to buy coal and a few other things while I was there.
My wife and I had a great trip and a great time.
Our thanks to all involved.

Good Morning,
I also would like to thank 'ALL' who helped put on a GREAT EVENT!!
I was chuckling watching Gordon working and not stopping talking. He also showed how to manage not "Two Many Irons in the fire", But, "Three Many Irons in the Fire":giggle:.

Is it morning again, already?
And, whats good about it?
At least, thats what I said, as I crawled out of my truck in the drizzle at six AM at some fairground in Longview.
That Gordon made me tired just looking at him- doesnt he know he is making the rest of us look bad by working so damn hard?
I had a great time, saw all my friends, stayed up too late, looked at a bunch of iron, and got a present from Grant Sarver- Larry gave me one of the last Grant tools, as it was found in the corner after cleanup. And it was just the tool that I had worn out, so I really needed it. Grant must have felt guilty about all that money I gave him over the years.

Damn fine conference!!! Thanks to all who helped put it on!! I saw Bill Apple and Dean Mook all over the place making sure things were going right. Also, Tom Ferry and everyone else behind the scenes, making things happen... Love the conferences-more fun than Disneyland... I think.

I enjoyed the conference as well, always a lot of fun there. Thanks to all who made this event happen, thanks to those of you who put your hard work and sweat to make this happen again. It's no small deed to make all this happen as flawless as it seemed to go. A Big Congratulations to those folks! I even got a few things from the tailgaters, Whooot!
I am looking forward to the Fall conference now. Perhaps I will even have something to show by then, time will tell! it's a slow go getting the shop all set up again and the forges back in working order. between yard work and living life it's hard to get forge time in! I will get there though! :playfull::playfull:
