I'm doing a craft show here in Saskatoon this weekend, a young woman came up and asked a number of questions about my work. She had more than the average knowledge so, I asked her if she did any metal work and she said that she was just beginning and was a member of the NWBA. I'm sorry that I have forgotten her name, but it is sure nice to see young people interested, or better yet excited about blacksmithing. I'm sorry old age has kicked in and I have forgotten her name, but it sounds like blacksmithing is alive and well in the Seattle area. You guys are doing something right, keep up the good work.

I live in Kitsap Co (the real Washington) and haven't been in seattle for over 30 years.

Gene, Your comment has me confused. Either you're very homely, or Daryl needs glasses:unsure:

Don't think Gene has been to Saskatoon lately either! Might have been Alice James.

This was a young lady, I'm guessing 20-25, that is the age of my daughter and how I'm basing my guess.
