I think i will start making bellows on spring.AND i was thinking to use a decking boards for bellows.Because you cen fit they easy and i think air wont blow thru the space where boards are seperate

i would probably go with plywood instead ... its a little harder to use but there are no issues with air leaking and it can be thinner (lighter) .. I have made bellows several times if you are trying for a authentic look toungue and groove is a way to go tho you will want to plane down the boards to about 3/4 in thick ... hard to get nowadays....good luck!

i know that is better to use a plywood i only have aveilable press board but that board is not good.IF i need to chisieled it for my nozzle it will separate its like sand that kind of boards
