Help Available, Shop Assistant | Help Wanted or Available | Forum

My name is Matthew. I live in the Puget Sound region within the Seattle metropolitan area. I have received training as a machinist and for the past three years have worked in that field with varying amounts of success. I have thought about what my interests really are and traditional crafts are something that interest me greatly. I would like to get my foot in the door and give blacksmithing a try as it is a craft that I have been interested in pursuing for quite some time now. I am looking for someone in the Puget Sound area who would be willing to take on an apprentice and shop assistant, where I can take on odd jobs around the shop while I learn the trade from an experienced craftsman.
