I'm a fifteen year old looking to learn more about blacksmithing, I am hoping to find someone willing to let me be paid help around their shop, please contact me at 206-910-1101 if you would be willing to teach me more about the trade.
I would need you to be based in Seattle (or surrounding areas) because I need to be able to get to the shop.

Hello, Evergon! Good to see another young person interested in the trade.
I can give you some recommendations for getting started, at least. First off, if you ever have your schedule open on a Saturday that there is an event down at the Cowlitz County Expo Center in Longview, it is an amazing chance to not only watch a blacksmith work, but also have the chance to do some forging for yourself when they have open forge. People often bring stuff for sale on their tailgates, so you can look out for tools and stuff as well. That's how I got to where I am now, anyways.
I'm down near Puyallup, and I can't say I would pay you, but I'd be happy to get into contact with you so you might be able to do some forging at my [poor excuse for a] shop. You'd get some experience and probably go home with something you made yourself.

Just having some fun messing around with whatever I have a mind to do.
