I guess I am brain dead. I found a post hear on search being enabled but I can't see the search entry box.....where is it?

It's titled "advanced search" in the navigation bar just below the main navbar.

I messed up the system quite a bit when I updated to the latest version of vBulletin. I am in the process of trying to retrieve all functionality but so far there are still many many problems. I can only apologize and let you know that I am aware of these problems.
As far as searching the Hot Iron News, I will have to research that question. I am a new editor here, of the Hot Iron News print edition and the website. I am barely scratching the surface of the website issues, and I will be addressing them as I am able.

The HIN Archives is likely not search-able as the issues are pdf image files. The tables of contents in the preview are text so they may be search-able. If so I don't know how.
Amy is working hard to maintain and enhance the web site. Grant did some amazing things here and learning HOW he did it is quite a challenge. One of the first priorities is to keep it functioning during the WebAdmin transition. The immediate focus is to provide On Line Registration for the Spring Conference. Other refinements and enhancements will follow.

Thanks Amy for taking on the job!!! I'm sure it isn't an easy task. Thanks again... So many of us really value this forum... So Sorry to lose Grant with all his wisdom and blacksmithing knowledge... Really appreciate you taking on the job of the webmaster!!! :wub:
