Hi NWBA Folks,
My name is Brett, and am a brand new to blacksmithing. My long term goal is to make shovels along with other yard and farm tools. I am excited and definitely overwhelmed by how little I know. I look forward to meeting you all as I begin attending NWBA events since I learn much better with face to face explanation. I have the basics of a shop put together and am figuring out how to get steel. I will make at least one day of the spring conference and hopefully a clubhouse day soon.

Welcome Brett!!!
If you can make the conference and maybe get into some of the hands-on classes your education in blacksmithing will be really jump-started!!! Helps so much to be working in the forge under the tutelage of an experienced smith...
Hope to see you there!
All the best,
Lynn
