Hi Grant
I wasn't sure how else to get in touch with you. I am just setting up my press which was used in an industrial shop before me and I am not sure if they had the drive wheels set up properly. It is a 75 ton Gamai. I will send a few photos and let me know if this enough. Right now I turned the flywheel and the leather is so close it holds it up. I don't have the motor hooked up yet and am not sure if I could start it with the drive wheels so close. You can't see in the pictures, there is only about a 1/16 inch clearance on the free wheel and the other one is right against the flywheel. I am not sure how long the leather would last with it so close. One wheel would always be touching. I don't want to replace the leather to often, it is about 600 euro to buy and then I would have to ship it over from spain. Expensive.
Thanks Grant
Stretch

Sorry, going to have to ask you to post this in the regular forums. No reason for it to be here.

but then there are others who, with the help of their art and their intelligence,
transform a yellow spot into the sun.” ~ Pablo Picasso ~
