That motor would be outstanding...

As far as the bearings go it has run like it is for the last 4 years and I dont think it is in any danger of failing... But If it was mine I would re-pour the bearings, if not now at some point... Of course its in my nature to fix everything, sometimes even things that dont need fixed quite yet... There are a couple shims still in it and some adjustment could be done to squeeze some more life out of whats there... It could outlast you and me both the way it is....

Whatever you are, be a good one.

I don't think you want a 3600 rpm motor!

but then there are others who, with the help of their art and their intelligence,
transform a yellow spot into the sun.” ~ Pablo Picasso ~

I will put the static converter on the thing for you so It will run with the 3 phase motor.. So dont worry about finding a motor to run the thing... You can use whats on there till you find something even if it takes you a few months...

Waiting for the transfer to clear that started this morning, probably take a couple days. Is it at your shop right now? I'd like to drop by plus Isaak has wanted to drop by and say Hi to ya. I have been trying to look for the local guys with the boom trucks but finding them is proving harder than expected. I think the local sculptor guy has one on the back of his truck so I may go talk to him tomorrow.
