I have a Centaur Forge horseshoe bending tool I bought about 30 years ago. Basically, it has a front and hind die that goes in your vise, you stick in about 13" of 5/16"x 3/4" and wrap it around the die with a long handle. With practice and care, it produces reasonable shoe blanks of about Arab foot width. I bent hundreds of shoes with this tool over my farrier career. FREE to whoever wants to pick it up in the Gig Harbor WA area, otherwise, it'll be in my next scrap yard run.
thanks,
