Hey all, cleaned up my mess and found out I've got enough to share~: 1000 ft sq. interior, 1000 sq. ft exterior. Crane serviced, 230 3 phase right now, working on getting 480 by fall.
Looking for a part-timer that wants to set up a corner for themselves as well as occaisonal help for projects, etc.
$1/ft utilities included.
