Middle from top to bottom are various springs, bottom of which is a crook knife. Third row down left is 1080 right is 1095. Fourth row are mild steel butter knives. Bottom row minus the crook knife are 1080. Various stages of finish due to Teaching bladesmithing to youth, not having time to finish my knives rather demonstrating till they are far enough for the youth to do theirs. I'm not a bladesmith but am finding myself sliding down that path as I'm teaching 2 weeks of blacksmithing then a week of bladesmithing at a time. For some reason it didn't occur to me to include any finished ones when I had my friend take this picture. Though one of the small craft knives is plenty sharp to cut rope with, it's still not what I'd call finished. Most are hardened though not all. The mild steel butter knives I was using to show temper colors on one and thickness before hardening on the other.

Neat! I like the looped handle designs.

Thank you. I figured integral handles as the youth are rather youthful many with no prior experience. So it makes it simpler to do without having to drill or punch holes and do handles. Seeing as since it's a outdoor survival school I can then have them wrap paracord around the handles on many of the knives for use as thread, fishing/snare line, and as cordage for a bow drill fire making. Though now I need to come up with more paracord wrap designs.

Paracord is a great idea. You may also find value in first wrapping it with fishing line and then paracord on top. It does nothing for the grip, but it adds a great food-aquisition accessory to the knife.

Fishing line is a good idea. I use 550 paracord so it has the inner threading that can be pulled out for line also. Though you could get quite a bit extra by adding in the fishing line inner wrap idea. Heehee I'm sort of liking the idea of just taking a knife to go fishing with and some hooks.
