Gentlemen (and those who choose not to view themselves as such!)

As a new member here and truly a beginner at this time-honoured craft, I seek some help. Specifically, a handy design for a home-made power hammer.

I am confident in saying that I do have reasonable fabricating skills and a good selection of machines and tools. I am but a poor welder, with welds that look like the proverbial bird remains, but at least they hold. The result is that I am a very good grinder/polisher. 😀
