There was a chat session here for awhile in the beginning. "Chat" didn't develop much usage and was inactivated. If enough interest is shown I would expect Grant could reactivate it again. There are several other sites which have a thriving "Live chat" area. It might be worthwhile to explore those. I don't want to shoo anyone away, there just wasn't that interest in this forum at the time.

I know I would probably never use an open chat however I might use something like a facebook or msn chat. Person to person. But at this point with our site I don't think we really need it.
