I know everyone knows, but for me it always seems the things I want to do for the conference never get done.... I keep thinking I'll have more time..... I'll do it next... and most times I leave the conference saying "next time I'm going to start earlier!" Well here we are again, two weeks from the conference and I still haven't started on my auction project, haven't got my ducks in a row.... All those guys like Dave Lisch and Tom Ferry who always have some super cool thing in the auction wreck it for the rest of us slackers....



Anyway.... If you have things you want to finish up... Best get crackin!!!
