    Galvanized allthread at that.......Here's another that Rory May showed me....I think it would make a cool handle for a dagger or knife, get on it Sam...

    Yeah it would, very cool! Have to forge weld on a good bit of steel for the blade though
    some people get 20 years of experience...other people get one year of experience 20 times...

    I bet I could coax a 5/16'' hole through a 4'' piece in the lathe, chucking up would be bitchy but not impossible.........Then use whatever for the blade.

    yeah that'd be cool too, you could even thread a section of high carbon round bar then forge the blade too.

    Yeah, hows bout'....... grind away the threads on each side of the blade and leave em on the edges so it would serrated............. Wicked........Rambo would buy one.....

    A split piece of CPVC pipe would do the trick.
