I have an old barn that is 15' x 19' and I am adding a 6' x 19 addion to the tall side I plan several work benches for grinders and the like. and a center work bench with a thin spring steel top.with a post vice attiched I have 4. I plan to build the forge from an old dock plate that is 1/2" tred plate and plan to start using coal. would be open for plans. I have a armer hammer 80lb. anvel. Im using part of the barn for my flint knaping shop the rest for my blacksmith shop. any one have thoughts on how to anything I would incounter in my setting up shop. I have learned what I know from old photos, and books.

    Hi Tony
    Google 'blacksmith shop'.
When the results come up click on the left side where it says 'images'.
This will give you a ton of pics- it will also allow you to get to the sites the pics come from.
Bet it would take you years to read even half.
    regards
