    Grant's bench top power hammer

Does anyone know the current owner/location of the Bench Top Power Hammer that Grant demonstrated a few years ago?

    Anyone have pictures?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Dave Brandon comes to mind? but i could be wrong

  3. Dave Brandon is correct--or more correct--it belongs to my wife,Babe. I think Grant kinda set us up on that one as he called it "the little Babe". What could we do?? what COULD we do? She bought it. Dont use it much but it is still alive and ready to work!! As is the "FIRST" kickass hammer, which we own and use almost daily. We are ALL gona miss that great man more than we know. R.I.P. good friend. Dave

    now you've got me confused?
you posted on the thread, but its gone?

Click on Forum at the upper tool bar.
scroll down to the "Blacksmithing" section. 5 forums down you should see "Power hammers and Presses"

For some reason recent post don't always show up If you click on the "whats new" category on the upper tool bar.

    hope this helps

This is the thread and I see no trace of your post here or elsewhere. (Did you post in Area 51? )
Try again. We'd like to see the photos and any additional comments.

Grip the cold end. Hit the hot end.

  8. Cool

Thanks Jeff for the help. Still working on the photos of the "bench-top power hammer". Had to tear down the original KA75 today to replace some bushings and seals. leaking seals just consume too much air, and electricity costs too much money. Ready to go back together tomorrow. Should be as good as new again. Great hammer by Grant! Dave

  9. trying to add a photo Dave cant seem to get it done

    Dave,

When you are in the post a comment box, the insert image button is between the envelope and the filmstrip. Click it and follow the instructions. Like most magic, sometimes it works and sometimes it dosen't. Contact me if you need/want help.
