    Good Morning,

Check with Gerry in the Farrier Shop at Kwantlen College, Cloverdale. He had a connection to get some from Roberts Bank.

Vancouver Island Blacksmith Association got a few loads, about 50 ton at a time. We had to contact Foording Coal in Calgary, which I think now is owned by Cominco. The coal comes from the Fernie/Sparwood area.

Don't be afraid of the fines (the powder), we mix them in a 5 gallon pail with water, into a thick paste. Make balls about 3" round (the size of a hardball), add them to the outside of the pile of coal. They work excellent, not much clinker.
