Cost to Attend:
Four Day Conference Fees (attend the whole conference)
Member: $100
Household: (at the same residence) $125
One Day Conference Fees (attend only one day)
Member: $65
Household: (at the same residence) $80
Banquet Dinner Tickets: $25 per person. Not Included in Fees above. Tickets for dinner available until Friday morning, the day before the banquet. Our banquet dinner will be served on Saturday night to meal ticket holders only. Tickets are sold and issued at registration, . Dinner is buffet style, main course choices to be determined.
T-Shirts: $15 each. There will only be very, very few t-shirts available for sale at the conference.
Camping Fees will be paid at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference.
Trailer Hookups w/ water and electric: $15 per night
Dry camping in the Tent Barn, and outdoor camping: $5 per night

Is a tee shirt included with on line registration as in the past?
The t-shirts are no longer free with pre-registration. They can be ordered for $15 with conference registration.
Hi Gang!,
Just registered for the conference and I had a question. We will be tent camping Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Hopefully there will be room in the covered area. Are there showers on the grounds?

Good question: In the past there were not showers but there were big requests for them this year. I do not yet know if there will be showers… I will call the conference coordinator and post the answer here shortly.
UPDATE ON SHOWERS:
Showers are not available onsite at the fairgrounds. Showers are available at the local YMCA , which is a short distance from the site. The costs are, $3 between 5 and 7 am . After that it is a ten dollar pass for the day.
