Swaptoberfest this year is scheduled for October 3rd through 5th at the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds/Event Center – NWBA Mentoring Center at 1900 7th Ave, Longview, WA 98632.

Registration will be $100 for all three days or $60 per day. Each additional family member is $20. If you missed the early bird registration, you can register at the door on the 3rd.

Camping will be available for $20 per day.

Featured Demonstrators
Peter Braspenninx and Kellen Bateham are the featured demonstrators this year on both Friday and Saturday. 

Workshop Presenters
Scott Szloch will be providing a workshop on Saturday.

Hot Tips
Peter Reich will be the Hot Tips Demonstrator on Sunday

President’s Challenge
President Dan is challenging all members to get creative and make a spatula of your choice such as a “pancake flipper/hamburger flipper/kitchen spatula….” for the First Annual “President’s Challenge.” It can be as fancy or as simple as you wish.

Entries are due at the Mentoring Center no later than Saturday, October 4th by noon to be eligible for judging and prizes. Speaking of “THE FABULOUS PRIZES!!!” Currently Dan has lined up boxes filled with really cool items from blacksmithsupply.com and blacksmithdepot.com with additional items on the way. This is really going to be worth your effort….and a fun challenge.
