Swaptoberfest BBQ and Potluck Guidelines

COVID-19 has changed the way our BBQ and Potluck will run this year. Please follow the guidelines listed below if planning to bring food to the potluck and we appreciate your understanding in advance:

– Veggies in raw form to be cooked on site

– Uncooked meat, poultry and dairy items stored on ice to be cooked on site

– Anything cooked or assembled should come prepackaged and wrapped from a store

– Masks required indoors and outdoors around cooking and serving stations
