Blacksmith wanted, for a 1860's presentation during a civil war demo day Saturday  March 15 2014 at the   Polk County Museum. They are looking for someone to present the basics, of how it was done in the 1860's. This is a one time event need.

The Museum usually has a blacksmith for this event, but the blacksmith is unavailable for this event.

They have all the equipment needed for the demo,  tongs, forge and anvil etc. so all they need is a warm body with some basic knowledge, on how to blacksmith with the old tools.

We found a blacksmith  to work with us.

So I removed the contact information

thanks for looking

Craig
