I think mine was about in the same shape and I finally got $950 for it but I had to deliver it about 80 miles away to get it...

Whatever you are, be a good one.

Ya 950 is a fair price, I would have given that if it was not so far from me
And yes Rob that is bernie "our buddy" down here I bet thats Chase's 100 lb Little Giant sitting outside in one of those pics, just gonna sit there till it rots
So did you make an offer on the hammer? like $300 this guy does not haggle on price

I will not deal with bernie, he wants to much money for his stuff. I wanted to see if it was him and why he was in fresno craigslist. I did tell him that if he was across town I would be happy to look at it but since he is far away good luck in selling it.

Ya I know several people who feel the same way, I think I may call and offer $500 just for laughs, I know this guy will not budge on the $. His way of doing buisness is buy high and sell even higher, not a good model in todays economy. I could use a parts machine as mine has a few repairs and could self destruct at any moment, but it needs to be a fair price.

It may be a different hammer. It is the same Bernie Swetz in California. He's a "dealer"
