Hi, just finished this one up a few days ago. Blade is 10.75" 16" overall. W-2 quenched in water with mesquite burl handle and heat blued damascus guard and spacer.

Thanks for looking, all feedback is appreciated. -Justin

Thanks guys.
The edge is good, thin and quite sharp. In the past I have had some issue with knives I etch to help bring out the hamon, it seems like the etch takes a little off the edge and leaves it not quite as sharp as I would like. I usually regrind the edge bevel which leaves it sharp but then the polish doesn't look as nice. This time I managed to keep the edge sharp through out the finish polish/etch so I am happy with that.

Wow! That is a beautiful hamon not to mention the rest of the knife. Very well done. I like big knives and that one is awesome.

Thanks Luke. I see you're in Spokane, do you ever make it over to the Sandpoint area?
