Ive picked a 350lb anvil up and set it in the back of a truck... no ramp, just squat and lift... not sure I could do that today though..

the great nippulini does it the hard way-

He is actually a blacksmith in the Philly area.
And has pretty much retired from nipple lifting.
But he does hold some world records.

He makes a lot of forged items for other sideshow performers these days- somebody has to make the nails they nail up their nose...
