A series of videos at http://www.kovacsmivesceh.hu/i.....-main.html (bottom link on left side of main page, then the series of links on the right in the next page) describe in beautiful detail how to make a wagon from scratch: hubs, spoked wheels, iron tires, iron fixtures, and all.

(this is just an image, not the video)

Google Language Tools doesn't translate Hungarian very well, but it can help you get the gist of what's written. In the videos, you really don't need a translation.

Steve thanks! Reminds me of the Ben's Mill video.

I was working near Roxboro, NC several years ago and needed to drive my bucket truck to a pole that was off the road near a shop. I went inside to let them know I was there and make sure it was cool to drive on the grass.
Inside were five wagons in various stages of construction. The guys gave me a tour and showed me details of the wagons they were building. It was really cool. Their cheapest wagon sold for $10,000. Must be a hell of a business.

I met Jud Nelson when I was getting started, he was published in Foxfire series years ago on how to build a wagon, I believe he will turn 99 this year.
