Just installed 45' of stair rail and the new one I just built a sample for, yep thats glass!

Nice railing Danger. How is the glass attached in that second pic? When you install big rail like that, with a 180 turn on it, do you install in one piece or weld it up onsite?

Three glass pickets will float between one aluminum every 16" or so. I think this one is going to test some patients and will take a well thought out plan. Now all I lack is everything!

I had 400 hrs. in the Smith rail plus 100 of labor help, but the damn thing drug out almost 4 years.

Install bolted up in 2 1/2 hours no welding.

Glass pickets...that is wacky, man! Good luck on that one.

There is no better feeling than having everything bolt right in on an install with no surprises. Beautiful job Mike.
