Pretty spiffy idea. Only two things they really have to do to make it work. First, get the "transparent PLUS traction" hurdle beat. Then somehow bring the price low enough to be cost effective. (Solar as-is runs 21 - 22 cents per watt-hour amortized over 20 years.)
