Aloha!

I got introduced to metals via that Emma collaborations and have been setting up over here ever since. I'm mostly a furniture maker ( wood) but metal is coming in a lot. I'm here today looking for a source for coal in the Seattle area. Got a friend loading a container bound for here so Please let me know if there is a source there.
Meanwhile, I'm set up with a couple small gas forges, one coal forge, anvils, tongs etc and one nearly rebuilt 50lb LG. I've been putting all this together with the hope of getting some instructors over here. Not much going on here RE: forging, but there's a LOT of interest . Glad this site is here and I'm looking forward to getting to know ya'll

Very cool... 50lb LG... hope that is going well...
I have a 25lb LG totally rebuilt to like new condition... had it shipped over... what an adventure that was....
Where did you get yours?

I used to know a Craig Hashimoto in the Marine Corps. Is it just a coincidence that you live in Kaneohe or might you have been in the Corps?
