What are the two extra days for?

Craig,
THere are 4 days of event activities and the 5th day is arriving and getting settled. The conference organizer is setting the dates as May14 - 18.
Wed May 14th is set up day
Thursday May 15th, full day of demos and tons of activities, evening too
Friday May 16th, full day of demos and tons of activities, evening too
Saturday May 17th, full day of demos and tons of activites, banquet dinner and more
Sunday May 18th, 9-noon: demonstrations , questions and answers , and general discussion by our members
