Didn't like having to make such tall dies for my old 4-B so I added this extra height to my sow block with lots of attachment points.

transform a yellow spot into the sun.” ~ Pablo Picasso ~

I like all the attachment points. Did you just make the sow block out of mild steel, or did you use something harder?
I was thinking of making second sow block to the Massey so I don't have to bend over as much. But the massey is designed to be set into the floor so that's what I did. I am thinking of just digging out the screenings I have in front of the hammer. So I will be lowering the floor instead of raising the hammer. I will be a cheaper solution and I won't be losing daylight under the ram.
