I gotta know, you really scrap that machine? Also was there a stop on the motion lever linkage to keep it from hitting the head? Although the leverage involved doesn't seem to be a problem it look as if it lifts your foot when you were running it.

Yes, yes and no. Yes, I really did scrap it. Couldn't think of anyone who could use it. I had a lot of stuff to get rid of at the time. One-piece STEEL frame.

Yes, there was an "up" stop. No, my foot is controlling the linkage, not the other way around.
