I have taken over the importation of the OCP Induction forge line. I will have several shipping this week and if anyone would like one I can add it to the order.

Don't think I can afford one this week, what are they going for these days? I know I'm going to get one, just a matter of when. =)

Happy to hear it,Larry. We sure need to continue some of the things that Grant showed us how to do! Mine is the most used tool in the shop. coming right after "turn on the lites". Anyone thinking about buying one I can only quote Grant---"don't just dream it, just DO it"
What is the scuttlebutt on the OCP tool manufacturing end of the business? I heard some one was looking to buy the OCP end . whats the scoop??

The 15kw single phase machine is $2995 but I am trying to jump start the sales so anyone who buys before the end of the month gets $500 off... Best deal you'll ever get 😉

Larry, thank you for taking these on. Can you give some more info on the 25 kv model, 220 volt. What size rotary converter, will a tig cooler work, maybe need a larger tank? price? what coils come with?
Thank you

For the 25KW machine in 220V you need about 60 amps of power at full draw, You would have to work up a plan with the phase converter company to make sure it was a good match but I would guess you need a 20HP unit. You need a cooling capacity of about 15gals for a production situation but I have run a 25KW on a 4gal tig cooler and it works fine for light duty applications (the machine will shut it self down when the water temp gets to high) It comes with three sizes of round coils, custom coils are pretty straight forward to make. Price on the 220V 25KW is $4800 FOB Auburn WA and I am offering $500 off if purchased before the end of the month... I dont have a 220V 25KW in stock but I do have a 380V 25KW (thats what I run in my shop, I have 208 three phase and use a buck transformer to kick it up to 420V which is withing the allowable range for the 380V machine) The 380V is $300 less money

Whatever you are, be a good one.

Hi Greg,

I could bring it back with me into Canada and ship from Victoria, if it is in Seattle by the Spring Conference weekend. It is quite incredible what kind of shapes and sizes that the 15kw will heat. With No Scale!!! Almost unbelievable.

Just a thought.
