I have just had a series of Stainless Steel License Plates Lazer Cut. They are priced at $25.00 each plus shipping.

In Washington State, we are required by law to have 2 state supplied plates on our cars, front and back. So unless you stick one of these in the window or screw it on your tailgate, we dont have anyplace to put em.
I know, in TN, you only need one plate. So you can stick one of these on the front of your truck.
But we cant.

Ries, I didn't know that. Many states don't have that rule though. I remember way back in the late '50s when New Mexico quit having front license plates. The reason given now is that it saved money only having to provide 1 plate. Besides that in southeastern New Mexico the front plate got sand blasted by blowing sand so couldn't be read anyway.

I think the current count is-
19 states only require 1 plate.
31 states make you have 2.

I put a huge forged hood ornament on my truck, instead of a custom plate.

I am suprised at that number of states that require 2 tags. Anyway, there seem to be lots of folks that want personal front tags. I have had some folks say that they can't use them because there car or truck doesn't have a place on the front to place a tag.
