So I have an old 117 (127?) lb anvil with very worn edges. I've gotten various suggestions on how to weld it and grind it down but I don't have the welding equipment to do so. It seems to be solid other than the wear and i can snap some pictures if needed, but am just wanting to find out if there is somebody that does anvil restoration regularly that i could contact for an idea on pricing.

Contact Bill Apple...He has restored more anvils than anyone I know.....Not hard to do. He'll walk you through it on the phone...
