I have a around 160 lb. Peter Wright anvil, and hoping someone has suggestion/recommendation on rebuilding or resurfacing the top. On a past post on someone else’s anvil someone suggested Bill Apple may offer some advise. I hope that might be the case here . . . . Bill, I hope you’re listening please! Or certainly anyone else please! Thanks, Rick NWBA member in Boise.

Rick: Just saw your post..WHY Would you TOUCH that anvil with any kind of rod?? It has nice edge on one side and a lot of little spots that will let you do all sorts of things once you get used to it..Bill Apple told me how to rebuild anvils and I do a fair number for folks but you have a usable gem there. Go with it...My opinion only....I love that size PW anvil.. Used one for fifteen years once..
