Hello, I picked this anvil up a couple months back.  I couldn't see a name on it clearly, so I used a wire brush just a little to see if I could make out some kind of identification on the side.  This is what I found.  It looks like the english weight 0 3 27, and I see letters which look like OUS on top of HOL.  Some photos to follow.  Hope you can help.  Thanks.
