Um, here are pics of one of my hinge eye benders. The jaw in the moving arm slides and can be closed down on the stock for the hinge. The sketch is in cross section and shows the relationship between the fixed table, the jaw and the pin. If you're hinge pin is less than 5/16" it is probably best to work hot, or you'll have to straighten the pin after each one.
The pictures are sort of in sequence of a small piece of sheet being rolled. I shimmed it on the table with some flat stock so that the eye wouldn't be way up in the air. The final picture shows the three parts of the bender separated.
