Looking for a good drop point knife

I am looking for a solid drop point knife that i can use it for outdoors, i have searched one but i am not sure if it is solid enough, or maybe ask someone to make it on order.

I strongly advise against that one. You can get a decent lunch for $15, but not a decent stainless steel knife!

 

Judging by the write-up (mix of ASE and metric, bad grammar, no real details) I'd bet it's made from chinesium steel in China by Chinamen. Nothing wrong with Chinamen, you understand, they're just trying to make a living. They even make good quality stuff, just not when it comes to "knives" like this one.

No matter where you go... there you are.

You may look at building your own knife from a kit.  Check Jantz Supply online and see what they offer.  I purchased some Christmas gift kits from them a few years ago and was very pleased with the quality of their product. They have a range of prices and a large selection of materials and fasteners , for the beginner to the artist.   The advice from Lee on the price of a knife is correct.  A poor quality knife can ruin your outing.

Yes i will have a look in to that, but i am not much into making it myself, but thank you so much for your guide line.
