Mostly doing knives and small stuff but I won't complain if it's a big'un. 🙂 Can pick it up at the conference if not before if anyone has one. Still have heard anything about carpooling either if anyone's interested.

Figured I'd ask here before resorting to ebay.

I bought a decent little 5" vise for a fellow here on the list, he was in Portland and found the vise on CL and I went and picked it up for him.... Not sure how long ago that was but maybe 6 months... I am happy to offer that one up if it would suit the bill..... If I remember right I paid $100 for it, its complete with the mount and the spring and in good shape..... My shop is about 10 miles from the fall conference site...

Whatever you are, be a good one.

Sounds perfect, thanks a ton. 😀 I'm worried more about the shape it's in than the size but 5" would definitely be enough. I'll see you in September.

Yeah its all there and ready to work... Jaws line up and screw is in good shape..... I think for a $100 vise it would pretty hard to beat..

And in the mean time if you find something closer or a better deal dont worry about this one...

Whatever you are, be a good one.
